Owner:

The Owner has the highest level of authority in server management. Their primary responsibilities include setting the overall vision for the server, making key decisions about its direction, and ensuring its long-term success. They oversee all aspects of the server, from development and team coordination to community engagement and staff applications. The Owner works closely with Developers, Outsiders (Moderators), and other team members to foster a thriving and enjoyable environment for all players. They also act as the final decision-maker for changes to the server and fulfill vital owner responsibilities in moderation as well.

Outsider (Moderator):

An Outsider plays a crucial role in the server management process by ensuring that the environment is a safe and welcoming place for all players. Their primary responsibilities include enforcing the rules of the server and addressing player complaints and concerns.

Moderators have the following duties:

*Punish any player that breaks rules appropriately.

*Ensure that new hires and players are up-to-date and knowledgeable on the server's rules.

*Maintain an atmosphere that is homey and welcoming to all players, both new and old.

Moderators are expected to be impartial and fair in their decision-making, following the guidelines and policies set forth by the Managerial Team, which includes the Owner, Developers, and other unspecified staff members. If they have any questions or concerns, they should reach out to the Owner for guidance and support.
