Because the products and services offered on The Otherside are intangible, digital goods, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once a rank, item, or privilege has been applied to your Minecraft account, the service is considered fully rendered.

• Accidental Purchases: We cannot provide refunds for accidental purchases or "buyer's remorse." Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
• Server Bans: Violating server rules and receiving a ban does not entitle you to a refund of any purchased items or ranks.
• Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent blacklist from our network and potential legal recovery actions.

Please remember that purchasing a rank does not grant immunity from server rules. All players must follow the community guidelines.

Refunds are only considered in the event of a documented technical failure of our delivery system that we are unable to resolve.
